Forget-me-not-Bereavement Café

Losing a loved one can be the most challenging thing we ever face in life. It can leave us feeling isolated, angry, guilty and of course, sad. Each of us deals with loss in our own way, but the one thing we all need is support.

Here at Blessed Sacrament we are hoping to offer support in the form of a regular Bereavement Café. We will meet, perhaps on a Saturday morning and invite anyone who has experienced loss, either recent or many years ago, to come along and benefit from simply sharing; cake, coffee and our story.
